Ventana's focus is on making every client feel special and unique. Every single corner and detail of our restaurant is inspired by our ambition to be not just a restaurant that you love visiting but to be your favorite restaurant… Your restaurant.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
Cosiness, warmth, elegance, style and irresistibly delicious food… The modern interior concept is combined with original vintage accents that create Ventana's unique style. To this we add a rich menu, shaped with flair and imagination.

What makes you stand out from others?
We focus on charcoal-cooked meat dishes. The various salads, starters, pastes, fish, vegetarian specialties and fresh desserts allow each customer to find himself in our cuisine. Great effort and attention are put into our lunch menu, which is offered throughout the week, and offers the charm of home cooked food.

Chef profile:
Started in 2006 in different restaurants in Sofia with variety styles of cuisine and started working in our restaurants in 2009. Executive chef in Marmo since 2014, his favourite cuisine is Mediterranean cleverly combined with Japanese and French.
