What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We are proud of our team – from the artists in the kitchen to the incredible visually impaired hosts, we managed to create something truly unique. Our greatest achievement is the wide smiles of our guests.

What makes you stand out from others?
Tenebris is the first dark restaurant in Bulgaria, combining pitch-black darkness with elements of the haute cuisine. We differ from dark restaurants around the world by emphasizing on fine dine experience, prepared with high quality seasonal products, selection of wines and craft beer.

Head Chef:Todor Ivanov

Chef profile:
A Chef for more than 10 years, Todor Ivanov spent the last 6 years abroad, where he had the chance to work with world-class Chefs, to draw and share experience with them. Upon his return to Bulgaria he joined the team in the development and realization of the idea “Tenebris”.
