Restaurant Talents offers a fine dining experience in a relaxed setting. We like to see ourselves as true ambassadors of good food, always trying to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We are proud of our young international chefs who possess vast experience in the world’s fine dining scene.

What makes you stand out from others?
We have always been very transparent in our work and creative processes as well as philosophy. We value the creativity, authenticity and the seasonality of every single ingredient that we use. Even though we are known for our high-end cuisine, we are among the low end price range in Sofia. Our value/price ratio is unbeatable.

Head Chef: Chef Viktor started his studies at the HRC Academy after years of professional experience, turning his passion for culinary arts into his career path.
He trained at the Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, a luxury hotel with Michelin restaurant in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. Afterwards he spent a year at the Sea Island Resort Golf and Spa in Georgia, USA. His culinary experience also includes positions in Bulgaria and in the Kempinski group in Germany. Now we are proud to have Chef Viktor as a mentor and a leader in the kitchen. His passion and creative approaches toward food make him a true artisan chef of the highest level.

Head Chef:Chef Lorenzo (Spain) holds a master’s degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at San Jorge University.
Throughout the years, Chef Lorenzo gained a vast experience around the world, especially in Pastry. He is well versed in both niche fine dining to large volume banquets with a wide range repertoire of hands-on international cuisine including Classical French and Spanish, European Continental, Mediterranean, and Pastry.
Prior to joining Talents & HRC Academy, Chef Lorenzo was a lecturer at the Hong Kong Culinary Academy teaching Pastry, Bakery and French Cooking. Chef’s favorites: Exotic pastry, desert design and artisan methods

We are very happy to be part of SRW every year! We are glad that we are a part of Bulgaria’s culinary progress and newest trends. We encourage all the people who are fans of SRW to continue being ambassadors of great flavours and don’t be afraid to try new things and discover greatness.
