Ivaylo has spent 25 years in the kitchen, 10 of these in the Canary Isles. He loves to experiment and has cooked in all types of venue. His latest passion is Indonesian cuisine which excites him because of its spicyness. He loves flavouring food with turmeric, cumin and coriander.
