Head Chef: Chef Atanas Balkanski

Chef profile:
Atanas Balkanski is 25 years old, from Plovdiv, second generation cook in his family. He starts his professional career at the early age of 17. He works in number of restaurants in the country. He graduates HRC Culinary Academy in Sofia and works in prestigious restaurants and hotels in Amsterdam and San Francisco. After his returning from USA, he is a part of the team of Restaurant “Panchetata”.
