Head Chef: Chef Atanas Balkanski

Chef profile:
Atanas Balkanski, silver medalist of Hell’s Kitchen Bulgaria 2020, 26 years old, from Plovdiv, second generation cook in his family. He has started his professional career since he was 17 years old. Atanas worked in number of restaurants in Bulgaria. He graduates HRC Culinary Academy in Sofia and works in prestigious restaurants and hotels in Amsterdam and San Francisco. After his returning from USA, he is a part of the team of Restaurant “Panchetata”.
