Restaurant Philosophy:


Hamachi-ni's philosophy is to work with local producers and suppliers of meat and vegetables (Omaya Ranch, Chiflik Livadi, duck farm Branishte), whilst our fish comes direct from Thessaloniki. Our wines are selected by a team of sommeliers and include labels from around the world. Our kitchen boasts integrated modern technologies for low temperature cooking, including the “Beefer” steak roaster and the Kamado Japanese BBQ

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We're proud of the fact that despite all the difficulties we've never doubted that we're on the right path and have stuck to the concept, principles and philosophy of Hamachi. It's this faith and consistency that have ensured our success.
