Restaurant Philosophy:

We work local food farm suppliers and we get fish from Thessaloniki, Greece. Our wine list is carefully prepared by team of sommeliers and you can find wines from all over the world.
We have installed modern kitchen equipment that allows us cook at low temperature. That is the way we prepare beef steaks "Beefer", using special BBQ grill and japanese technique called Kamado.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We are pleased that despite all difficulties we manage to maintain our concept, principles and philosophy of the brand Hamachi.
