Boho exists to indulge easy living people who appreciate tastes and flavours from around the world. Our mission is to create the perfect environment for you to enjoy each meal of the day - from brunch to dinner.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We take a lot of time and attention of our cuisine and we are really proud with it, but we are also proud with the whole atmosphere at the restaurant and its garden.

What makes you stand out from others?
Brunch menu every day and quiet and cozy garden in the heart of Sofia.

Head Chef: Kiril Boyadzhiev

Chef profile:
Kiril Boyadzhiev has over 15 years of experience in the kitchen. Over the years he has been working in different positions, from a dishwasher, has passed through the positions of Prep Chef, Chef de Partie, Master Griller and Sous Chef in several restaurants in Bulgaria and abroad. He continued his career as a Head Chef of several restaurants, but as a man with free- spirit he needed to give his energy to something of his own. Thus, in 2017, together with partners, they opened the Ribs Brothers restaurant, and a year later restaurant Boho.

Do you have any special messages for the diners of Restaurant week?
Without a single claim, but with great pleasure and pride, we are taking part of Sofia Restaurant Week. Enjoy the Bohemian lifestyle with our special SRW menu and a glass of wine.
