Restaurant Philosophy?
BAGRI is a family restaurant with own farm that pasture-raise around 200 sheeps. We follow the Slow Food philosophy of good, clean and fair food.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We serve only quality food with history. More than 95% of our products come from small producers and we know them personally because we contact with more than 60 farms. The menu of the restaurant is changing according to the nature and the seasons. Our food is real with real taste.

What makes you stand out from others?
Our food is real with real taste. We don’t supply from big hypermarkets. The origin of the products is local!

Being a gardener and bee keeper Georgi is well prepared for every untypical product that you can find! His cooking abilities and creativity are well known from our clients.
