What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
Our special assortment of home- cooking recipes from Russia, the Ukraine, the Caucausos and other regions of the former Soviet Union.

What makes you stand out from others?
All our meals are prepared in house with authentic quality products: savoury appetizers, dumplings (pelmeni) meat and fish specialties & tempting desserts.

Head Chef: Natalia Hitrina

Chef profile:
Natalia came to Bulgaria from Russia in 1992 and ever since then her friends would joke that should open a restaurant. Finally in 2008 she opened Arbat.

In our restaurant you will not only find tasty dishes for the pallette, but also food for thought!
