Head Chefs: Yanita and Denislav Delchevi

Chef profile:
Yanita Delcheva graduated from the Ivan Vazov High School of Tourism in Sunny beach majoring in catering and second degree in chef graduation 2008 2010 Janita and Denislav are graduating from the College of Tourism Konstantin Fotinov in Varna majoring in restaurant management.
Then they continue at the New Bulgarian University of Albena with a degree in hospitaly management and entrepreneurship in the hotel and restaurant business. During their 4 years of training, they are offered internships in France, where they practice in different regions of France. At the beginning of 2017, they returned to Bulgaria and started their own small restaurant. In July 7, 2018 started the activity as owners and chefs of Restaurant 59. The name comes from the birth dates of Yanita (05.05) and Denislav (09.09). They love the pure products grown in Bulgaria, as well as all the typical spices for Bulgaria and the taste of the village grandmother presented through their eyes.
