We aim to capture the precious moments in life through the pleasure of food and eating - creating an aesthetic experience, filled with tastes and aromas, with comfort and sharing.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
Making a success of a restaurant like Marche in Varna is no easy thing. We are proud of our regular and faithful customers, our cosy interior, our brunch that has already become a tradition, our achievements in the kitchen and the variety in our seasonal menus, and above all - with the team at Marche.

What makes you stand out from others?
We are constantly discovering tasty and aromatic reasons to be happy and we offer them to everyone, not just the customers at Marche - for instance our new seasonal format is open for anyone taking a walk in the Sea Garden. Le Petit Marche offers take away gourmet, a garden BBQ with an open fire and hammocks on the grass under the tall maple trees, aromatic cafe, colourful desserts and a selection of tasty Italian gellati and sorbes.

Head Chef: Peter Burakov

Chef profile:
Peter Burakov graduated the Tourism College in Varna. He learnt the basics of Haute Cuisine personally from Hans Lauer, a member of the American Culinary Academy. Years of experience have given him the opportunity to work in some of the best restaurants in Varna, some of which won the ‘Restaurant of the Year’ award. It was here he had the privilege of getting to know and working with chef Mauro Colagreco, chef at “Mirazur”/ 3 * Michelin and winner of the World’s Best Restaurant award in 2019.
He shares everything he has learnt over the years with his team which creates every dish served with love in the restaurants „Marche”,”Veranda Horizont”, ”Le petit Marche”.
