Chef profile:
He has been a chef for 13 years, but his cooking has been a passion and hobby since he was a kid. He has accumulated experience in various establishments; for 5 years he worked as a pizzа maker and also as a personal cook for a wealthy Greek family. He is currently a chef at La Pastaria Briz, Varna, where he applies her skills to prepare Italian culinary specialties from the restaurant's menu.
