What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
since opening our first restaurant in london’s bloomsbury in 1992, we are inspired by the japanese ramen restaurants and the authentic asian cuisine, which became the base of our menu. today wagamama has more than 160 restaurants in 20 countries and is the favorite asian cuisine restaurant to millions of people. wagamama offers fresh asian cuisine food with balanced flavors, served in lively and friendly atmosphere. we use fresh ingredients, cook with love and serve our dishes as soon as they are ready. we want our customers to share our enthusiasm, to enjoy our noodles, to relax with friends and be happy and refreshed after their visit. we care every visit to be full of positivity
What makes you stand out from others?
we created a unique way of eating – the wagamama way – bringing the fresh, nourishing flavours of asia to all, friendly service and authentic atmosphere inspired by the traditional japanese ramen restaurants. two whole decades to sharpen skills and refine recipes through playing with all kinds of spices and discovering new flavors. that’s how we achieved the great variety of ramen, curry, teppanyaki and donburi dishes. closest to our heart is omakase – our chef’s special dishes – pleasure for all the senses
