Chef profile:
The biography of Chef Ivo Zhechev is eloquent enough about the skills and ambitions of one of the best young chefs in Bulgaria. There is a unique chance to learn and develop with some of the world's top chefs in the face of Spaniard chef Martin Barisategi with a total of 8 Michelin stars in his restaurants, Chef June Yoshida, known as the master of rural gourmet and lecturer in Master Chef, as well as the famous Bulgarian bosses Velin Velikov, Peter Yorgov, Tsvetomir Nikolov, Philip Spasov and Peter Burakov. Chef Ivo Zhechev has accumulated his experience in Sao Paulo Brazil, at the restaurant of Chef Alex Atala (top 50 in the world), Spain and the star restaurant Azar. In Bulgaria he worked in restaurants: The Happy Pig Sofia, Musala, Bistro Europe and Di Vine Varna, Rose Burgas.

In 2018, Chef Ivo Zhechev plans and organizes his own culinary festival, the Street Food Festival.
Since the beginning of 2019, Chef Ivo Zhechev has been part of the Parmi restaurant family. For the upcoming fall winter season, the aspiring chef has developed a special menu and invited some of his famous colleagues to visit the Parmi Seafood Restaurant to please all of you, dear guests!
