What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We are proud that our small wine bar & restaurant has been here for 8 years and is one of the leading wine places in town.
What makes you stand out from others?
We serve dinner only, after 5pm. Also do not confuse us with a Spanish 'tapas' bar, we are a wine bar in Sofia with a selection of meals. We are trying to change the perception of local Bulgarian products, applying the 'tapas' concept accompanied by really good, selected wines.

I've been into cooking for over 15 years, I've been Head Chef in several restaurants and hotels, both in Bulgaria and abroad. At the moment you can find me at Vino & Tapas or Soho Cafe.
