What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
It started as a dream more than 10 years ago, now it's a reality.

What makes you stand out from others?
The variety of themed rooms and the original cuisine created by the owner and head chef, give Petru's its unique charachter. Petrus is one of the few live-cooking restaurants in Sofia, where besides the chef and staff, visitors themselves can prepare food.

Yankov experiments with products, creating his own recipes, which caress the palate of his clientele.
