Restaurant Philosophy?
Food made from 'clean' and seasonal vegetables, served in an ambience of natural materials.The food is subjected to minimum heat treatment and no preservatives or processed products are used.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We are proud of the high quality and variety of our food. We use only tested raw seasonal vegetables or organic products. Our cosy garden area is particularly attractive.

What makes you stand out from others?
Our menu is entirely plant-based. Our beverages are organic/ bio production, certified wineries, and a specially prepared blend coffee. We try to use only natural materials and do not tolerate plastic products.
