What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
We try to follow one of our main principles, which is to apply individual attitude towards each customer and so most of our clients come back, which means it works. Our restaurant is small and usually you can find one of the owners on the ground, that's how we try to keep quality in service and food.

What makes you stand out from others?
Good and different food, special attitude to our customers.

Chef profile:
Head Chef and co-owner of the business, with over 20 years of cooking experience. 15 years ago he opened Di Valli Sozopol, which is open during the summer season only.
