Restaurant Philosophy:
We believe that food has magic powers when made with love and the right products. We believe that the right combination of products, when prepared by a person who puts his heart and soul into it, can positively influence the consumer.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
- Each dish is prepared with carefully selected high quality seasonal products.
- The stunning view of the beautiful Russian church and the lights of night-time Sofia
- The selection of Italian wines that have won recognition from the prestigious Italian wine publication Gambero Rosso and from world famous American wine critic Robert Parker.

What makes you stand out from others?
Corso is a unique concept on three floors, where you can spend your whole day. On the 1st floor we recreate the spirit of Italy with a small cobbled street where you can enjoy your morning coffee and homemade desserts. The stairs to the right lead up to Corso bar where you will find a cute garden and an inspiring atmosphere for relaxing with friends over a glass of wine.
On the top floor Corso restaurant offers a clean and stylish design allowing you to take in the full effect of the he magnificent view revealed by ceiling to floor windows overlooking the Russian church across the road, and the elegant buildings of central Sofia. Corso works with selected wineries and offers affordable wines without the usual high markup on the price.
Regardless of whether you drink your wine on the spot or take it home, our prices are very reasonable.

Head Chef: Chef Vladimir Todorov

Chef profile:
Chef Vladimir Todorov is the maestro in the kitchen at Corso restaurant and it's he who artfully combines the fresh produce, tastes, colours, herbs and spices…and everything needed to serve a compellingly tasty dish. In April 2016 Chef Todorov won the 'Chef of Bulgaria' award organised by the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs. He also holds the US title 'Best Culinary Student' for 2015 awarded by the American Culinary Federation.
