Aubergine - Craft beer. Craft food. Offering surprising and unique food combinations, perfectly complementing drinks, for people who appreciate variety of flavors. A minimalist atmosphere, a place for the prefect presentation, taste and drink.

What are you most proud of in your restaurant?
The restaurant is the first and only one in Bulgaria, that pairs its dishes with Bulgarian craft beers. The tastes are bold and unconventional, but carefully selected and balanced thanks to the efforts of the young and creative team of chefs.

What makes you stand out from others?
We strive to be intriguing through our dishes, craft beer, wine and rakia selection. The aristocratic house and the quiet garden are the perfect complement, which gives our guests a distinctive atmosphere and experience for each season.

Head Chef:
Veselin Petkov is the leader of a team of equal chefs who have the freedom to experiment and be creative in the kitchen of Aubergine. The boundaries of the possible are the limits of their imagination, and the result is the inspiring flavors and tastes of their dishes.

Chef profile:
A creative young chef who skillfully combines the flavors of his dishes and takes them into account with the unique drinks the restaurant offers. Under his gaze is created the experience called "Aubergine - Craft beer. Craft food".
