Every good story begins with three brothers and a vine. Here the story is more like 3 friends who dream of reviving a deserted area. They breathe life into it, using the symbiosis between sun, wind and earth.

In 2015 they changed the landscape of arable land close to the Black Sea, planting 210 decares of wine varieties Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Traminer, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, as well as the local varieties Tamyanka, Dimyat and Varna Muscat. The unique soil, the slope, the stony terrain and the southern exposure, together with their enthusiasm guarantee perfect quality of the grapes. Surrounded by walnut and oak forest with many pavilions suitable for picnics and several fountains with spring water, the vineyard has become a guardian of traditions and a creator of memories.

The Provadia plateau was a seabed thousands of years ago and is one of the oldest settlements in Europe. The vineyards are located on hilly terrain with excellent drainage and ventilation, which requires minimal spraying of the vines. Limestones together with the marine climate give a unique soil complexity, which is transmitted through the fruit into the wine.

The Estate presents Pink Traminer 2021 at Restaurant Week 2022. 100% Gewürztraminer, this subtle pale pink wine promises stylishly interesting fruity aroma with an accent of rose and blossoms.
